These terms set out the conditions under which we, cuanunited, provide our platform services. When you create an account on cuanunited, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Our platform operates in jurisdictions where local law permits, and access is restricted to those regions. We enforce these terms consistently across all users, whether you are participating in our slot tournaments (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), live-dealer tables, or sportsbook offerings covering Liga 1, Piala AFF, and other events.
We commit to transparent operation: our account policies, deposit and withdrawal procedures, and dispute resolution processes are designed to protect both your account security and our platform integrity. After you create your account, we conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) by requesting a government-issued ID card (such as your national identity card) and proof of your current address. We process these documents within one business day during standard hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). If your documents do not meet our verification standards, we will contact you to request clarification or resubmission.
You may not open multiple accounts. If we discover duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and forfeit any balance. Your cuanunited account is personal and non-transferable — you may not sell, gift, or share your account with another person.
Deposits, withdrawals, and payment methods
We accept deposits via six payment channels: mobile wallets (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are credited to your cuanunited account immediately or within a few hours, depending on your payment provider's processing time. We do not charge deposit fees, though your bank or wallet may apply their own.
Withdrawals are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB) and typically complete within one to two business days after approval. To withdraw, you must request funds from your verified account to a payment destination that matches your account records. We review all withdrawal requests to verify account ownership and prevent fraud. During regional holidays around Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi, or during peak sporting events like Piala Indonesia or Piala AFF, withdrawal processing may take an additional one to two business days due to increased platform traffic or bank processing delays.
You are responsible for ensuring that your deposit and withdrawal payment methods are legitimate and legally available in your region. We do not accept payments from third parties or from funds obtained unlawfully. If we detect suspicious transaction patterns or payments from prohibited sources, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
Game rules and tournament terms
All games on cuanunited — including slot tournaments (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), live-dealer tables, and prediction markets — operate under published rules that we make available before you participate. When you enter a tournament or place a bet, you accept the applicable game rules for that event. Rules are not negotiable and apply equally to all users.
Tournament leaderboards are calculated and locked at the times we specify (typically end-of-week). Once locked, results cannot be changed. If you believe a leaderboard contains an error, you must report it to our support team within 48 hours of the tournament closing. We do not offer refunds on lost bets or unsuccessful tournament entries. However, if we identify a technical malfunction or system error that affected your account, we will compensate you according to our assessment of the impact. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. We will work with you to secure your account and recover any unauthorised activity if possible.
We protect your account through encrypted data storage, session timeouts, and standard security practices. However, no security system is absolute. We are not liable for losses resulting from your password being compromised due to your own negligence or for losses from unauthorized access you did not report promptly.
Our jurisdiction notice
cuanunited provides services only where local law permits. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted. You are responsible for ensuring that your access and use of cuanunited comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
If you access cuanunited from a jurisdiction where our services are not permitted, you do so at your own risk and without our endorsement. We may suspend or terminate your account if we become aware that you are accessing our platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your cuanunited account if:
- You violate these terms or our game rules.
- You provide false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

- You access cuanunited from a prohibited jurisdiction.
- You open multiple accounts.
- Your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months.
If we suspend or terminate your account, any balance remaining in your account will be held in trust for 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed balances may be forfeited according to our internal procedures. If your account is suspended pending investigation, you may not withdraw funds until the investigation concludes and your account is reinstated or permanently closed.
Final terms
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cuanunited regarding your use of our platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may modify these terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of cuanunited after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
