iPhone and iPad users can access cuanunited through Safari or any mobile browser. We do not offer a native iOS app through the App Store, but our web app is fully responsive and works smoothly on iOS 12 and later. You can also add cuanunited to your home screen for quick access.

To add cuanunited to your iOS home screen: open Safari, navigate to cuanunited.id, tap the Share button, and select "Add to Home Screen." This creates a shortcut that launches the web app in full-screen mode, giving you an app-like experience without needing to download anything.

Web app on any device

All devices can access cuanunited through a web browser. Simply visit cuanunited.id, log in, and start playing. The web app automatically detects your screen size and adjusts the layout for mobile, tablet, or desktop. No download or installation is required.

App versus browser: what's the difference

The native Android app offers several advantages over the browser version. The app caches game assets locally, so tournaments load faster after your first session. Push notifications alert you when a withdrawal is processed, when a tournament you've entered is about to start, or when your account needs attention. The app also works offline for certain features — you can review your transaction history and account settings without an internet connection, though you'll need connectivity to play games or make deposits.

The browser version (iOS and web) is lighter and requires no installation. It updates automatically whenever we release new features, so you always have the latest version. Both paths give you full access to all cuanunited games, live-dealer tables, and sportsbook markets. Choose whichever suits your workflow.

Device compatibility and requirements

Our Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most devices from the past five years meet this requirement. The iOS web app works on iOS 12 and later, covering iPhone 5s and newer models. Go to Settings > Security (or Privacy, depending on your Android version) and toggle on "Allow installation from unknown sources." If you see a certificate warning, this is normal — our APK is signed with our development certificate. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the download fails, check your internet connection and try again. If the app crashes after installation, try clearing your device's cache (Settings > Apps > cuanunited > Storage > Clear Cache) and restarting the app.

Data, permissions, and account security on mobile

When you install the cuanunited app or access our web app, we request certain permissions to improve your experience. On Android, we may request permission to send notifications (for tournament alerts and withdrawal updates), access your device's storage (to cache game assets), and use your internet connection. We do not access your contacts, camera, or location. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Your password is never stored on your device — you authenticate each session with your email and password, or by using a saved session token if you enable "Keep me signed in."

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your cuanunited account for extra security. With 2FA enabled, anyone trying to log in from a new device must enter a code sent to your registered email. This protects your account even if someone obtains your password. You can enable 2FA in your account settings on any device.
